Caring for Your Ingrown Toenails

by | Apr 21, 2017

I feel we all have had some discomfort with a toenail. Whether we trim it too short or do not trim the corner well enough. Most ingrown nail pain can be treated conservatively with routine trimming. When this becomes too much for you or the nail border becomes infected then it is time to see a specialist. We can help with ingrown nails by removing the ingrown part while using anesthesia. Most people are very happy they had the nail removed and they usually have very little pain afterward. If you feel your nail is becoming problematic then give Freeland Foot and Ankle Clinic a call. Same week appointments are often available.
